Hi all its 130 am and I have the pork buttin the frig with garlic butter and onion powder and other stuff setting on it for a few hours. I hope to start the smoker at about 8 am and put the butt on it at about 9 with some nice wood chips that are water over night. I will smoke it tell it falls all apart.
You see Storm is still working out of town and eats out every day so I love to have him good food to eat when he gets home. So I hope he likes this.
Well off to try and get some sleep.
I will post a pic of it on the grill smoking hehehe
